These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Future Cert Ltd. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Future Cert Ltd. and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Future Cert Ltd. the owner and provider of this Web Site.  This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Web Site and any Services or Systems therein.
